Rubber Monkey Pirates (RMP) are the personal army of The Librarian. The Librarian is a most fearsome character who assaults innocent victims with a barge of useless information. This barge carries a barrage of useless information.
Very little is known outside the RMP army about the actual structure. What little is known was smuggled out at the cost of many sad lives.
The Librarian is the uncontested dictator of the Rubber Monkey Pirates. S/he roams the waterways in a carrier barge capable of launching smaller barges, often filled with Pirates and/or useless information. The Librarian's powers of boredom are legendary, and are said to border on the arcane. It is unlikely that any human mind could bear the strain of conversing with the Librarian for any significant amount of time.

One operative (R.I.P. Chippy) was able to get information about the legendary Accursed RMP Squadron. the A-RMP squadron is at the top of the command chain. Each A-RMP is made up of the most evil forms of rubber. Examples include rubber from the tires of a Hendrick Motorsport car, or rubber from the feet of the Macintosh “puck” mouse.
Chimpanzee Crusaders are so dedicated to the will of their master that they are viewed as extremists in the RMP army. Think of the Gustapo + Inquisitors + Disgruntled Network Administrators. They can and do find out everything. If they cannot find incriminating evidence, they fabricate it.
